School Field Day Rentals on Long Island

Give the school calendar a day everyone can look forward to. A bounce house, a slide or a carnival-game station can give your field day a clear focal point. The best starting point is a plan that fits the students, the site and the adults running the day.

EZ Bounce is based in Uniondale and serves Long Island events in Nassau and Suffolk County. Share your school or camp, date, town and event idea. We will review the rental choices and setup details with you before you confirm the plan.

Choose the experience before choosing the equipment

Start with what the group will do. Do you want a bounce-and-slide station, a slide-focused activity or a carnival-game stop that fits into a wider field-day circuit? The EZ Bounce inflatable catalog includes bounce houses, combos, slides and a 4-in-1 Inflatable Carnival Games station.

Use the current catalog to shortlist the type of activity. Ask us to review the usable operating area, participant plan and staffing for the rental you are considering, so the choice fits your age groups and proposed site.

If the event needs places for refreshments or adults to gather, include tables, chairs and concession-machine requests in the same brief. Ask what equipment, supplies and responsibilities are included in the written quote.

Build a group plan that the team can actually run

Write down the age or grade bands, estimated total attendance and whether groups arrive together or rotate. A large total attendance is different from the number using one station at a time. Ask the rental team to review the activity and rotation proposal rather than assigning your own equipment capacity.

Name the adult responsible for each group and the event contact who can make decisions on site. Confirm delivery, setup, collection and supervision roles in the quote, with a clear handoff between the rental team and school or camp.

Keep the rental activity connected to the rest of the day. Include lunch, other stations, the arrival of different classes and any assembly or dismissal window. Confirm the usable activity period separately from delivery, setup and collection.

Send one useful site brief

A few clear details help the first conversation move forward. Send the exact event address, proposed surface, usable activity area and the route the equipment will take from unloading to setup. Include narrow gates, steps, overhead obstacles, fencing and any shared access route.

Tell us about the proposed electrical outlet location and whether you are considering a wet or dry activity. Share your proposed surface and space so we can review the selected rental and agree on its power, water, anchoring and clearance requirements.

For an indoor option, get the venue involved early. Our indoor planning guide explains the questions to prepare; the specific unit and room still need individual review. For an outdoor plan, agree on who makes the weather decision and how changes will be communicated.

Make the next step EZ

Send the brief through our existing quote request or call 516-226-2316. Ask us to confirm the suitable rental, event arrangements and complete quote. Your request starts the conversation; availability and booking are confirmed through the existing process.

Keep the agreed brief with the adults coordinating the event. If the site, age groups or timing changes, update the same quote conversation so everyone works from one current version. Save this checklist for the next field day and start with fresh event details.
