RENTAL AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Safety and Supervision

Constant Supervision: A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the equipment at all times. EZ Bounce is not responsible for injuries occurring during unsupervised use.

Age/Weight Limits: Renter agrees to follow all age, height, and weight compatibility as posted on the equipment or provided by the staff.

Prohibited Items: No food, drink, gum, candy, confetti, "silly string," shoes, jewelry, or sharp objects are allowed in or on the inflatable at any time. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if these items are found.

2. Weather Policy

Wind & Rain: For the safety of your guests, inflatables must be evacuated and deflated if winds exceed 15-20 mph or if there is heavy rain/lightning.

Cancellations: EZ Party Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel a rental due to severe weather. In such cases, a rain check or refund will be issued. Once the equipment is set up, no refunds will be given due to weather changes.

3. Equipment Care & Liability

Condition: Equipment is delivered clean and insured. Renter is responsible for any damage (beyond normal wear and tear) or loss of equipment while in their possession.

Silly String Alert: Silly string causes permanent chemical damage to vinyl. If silly string is found on the inflatable, the renter may be responsible for the full replacement cost of the unit.

Insurance: EZ Party Rentals LLC is fully insured. However, the renter assumes all risk for any injuries or damages that occur while the equipment is in their care.

4. Setup Requirements

Surface: The setup area must be flat, clear of debris, animal waste, and overhead power lines.

Power: Renter must provide a dedicated 110V household outlet within 50–100 feet of the setup area.

Access: Our team must have a clear, unobstructed path (minimum 3–4 feet wide) to the setup site. Both for Drop off and Pick up.

5. Foam & Bubble Machines

Surfaces: Foam and bubble solutions can make surfaces slippery. Usage is restricted to grass or non-slick surfaces.

Safety: Participants should avoid rubbing foam into their eyes. EZ Party Rentals LLC is not responsible for slips, falls, or skin sensitivities related to foam or bubble solutions.

6. Delivery & Pricing

Service Area: We service all of Long Island from our Nassau County base.

Pricing: All pricing is provided upfront. There are no hidden fees unless equipment is returned damaged or excessively dirty.

Payment: Full payment is due prior to or at the time of setup unless otherwise arranged.

Agreement & Waiver

By accepting delivery of the equipment, the Renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above, and hereby releases EZ Party Rentals LLC and EZ Bounce from any and all liability for injuries or damages.

Foam Party: Frequently Asked Questions

What is the foam made of?

Our foam solution is incredibly simple and safe. It consists of water and a single active ingredient: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS). SLS is a common surfactant found in everyday products like baby shampoo, bubble baths, and toothpaste.

Is the foam toxic?

No. Our solution is 100% non-toxic, biodegradable, and scent-free. It is designed to be completely safe for people, pets, and the environment.

Is it safe for kids and sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Because we use a high-quality, single-ingredient surfactant (similar to what is used in "no-tears" shampoos), it is hypoallergenic and gentle on the skin. It won’t irritate eyes or cause rashes, making it perfect for toddlers and adults alike.

Will the foam stain my clothes or my lawn?

Not at all. The solution is clear and water-based. It will not stain clothing, and it is completely safe for your grass. Once the party is over, the foam simply evaporates or can be rinsed away with a garden hose, leaving no residue behind.

Do we get wet in the foam?

While you aren’t swimming in water, the foam is water-based, so you will get damp. Most people find that they are "humid" rather than soaked. On a hot Long Island summer day, it’s the perfect way to cool off without needing a full swimming pool!

Is it slippery?

On grass—where we prefer to set up—it is not slippery at all. We do not recommend foam parties on smooth surfaces like tile or polished concrete, as any liquid can make those surfaces slick.

How do we clean up after the party?

The "clean up" is the best part—there isn't much to do! The foam naturally disappears on its own within about 30 to 60 minutes. If you’re in a hurry, a quick spray with a hose will dissolve the bubbles instantly.
