Rental Agreement & Terms of Service

By accepting delivery of equipment, you agree to all terms below.

1. Safety & Supervision

  • →A responsible adult (18+) must supervise equipment at all times.
  • →Follow all age, height, and weight guidelines posted on the equipment.
  • →No food, drink, gum, confetti, silly string, shoes, or sharp objects on inflatables. $150 cleaning fee if found.

2. Weather Policy

  • →Evacuate and deflate if winds exceed 15-20 mph or if there is heavy rain/lightning.
  • →EZ Party Rentals LLC may cancel due to severe weather - a rain check or refund will be issued. No refunds once equipment is set up.

3. Equipment Care & Liability

  • →Equipment is delivered clean and insured. Renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  • →⚠️ Silly string causes permanent damage to vinyl - renter may be responsible for full replacement cost.
  • →EZ Party Rentals LLC is fully insured. Renter assumes risk for injuries during their care.

4. Setup Requirements

  • →Setup area must be flat, clear of debris, animal waste, and overhead power lines.
  • →Renter must provide a 110V outlet within 50-100 feet of setup area.
  • →Clear, unobstructed path (minimum 3-4 feet wide) required for both drop-off and pick-up.

5. Foam & Bubble Machines

  • →Usage restricted to grass or non-slick surfaces only.
  • →Participants should avoid rubbing foam in their eyes. EZ Party Rentals LLC is not responsible for slips, falls, or skin sensitivities.

6. Delivery & Pricing

  • →We service all of Long Island from our Nassau County base.
  • →All pricing is provided upfront. No hidden fees unless equipment is returned damaged.
  • →Full payment is due prior to or at the time of setup.

Agreement & Waiver

By accepting delivery, the Renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above, and releases EZ Party Rentals LLC and EZ Bounce from liability for injuries or damages.
