Table & chair rentals · Long Island
Make room for the whole party.
The cake needs a home. The grown-ups need a seat. And you deserve to enjoy the party without borrowing chairs from everyone on the block. Ask EZ Bounce about tables and chairs for your backyard birthday, indoor celebration, school event or family gathering.
Tell us what you are planning in Nassau or Suffolk County. We will confirm the items, quantities, delivery details and quote for your exact event. Contact us first about Queens service.
Give every table a job.
Before counting furniture, picture the busy moments: guests eating, the cake coming out and everyone reaching for a drink. A few separate surfaces can make the plan much clearer.
A place to eat
Count the children and grown-ups who need seats at the same time. Include the host and helpers if they will sit down too. Note usable seating already at the house or venue so you are asking for the extra pieces you actually need.
Cake, gifts & the good stuff
Decide where the cake, gifts, drinks and serving supplies will go. If one table changes jobs during the party, name the person who will clear and reset it. A food-service table is not spare dining space while the buffet is using it.
A table for the extras
A craft, check-in area or concession machine may need its own surface. Tell us what it will hold and ask what the specific equipment requires. Do not assume a dining table is suitable for a machine or heavy display.
Count seats. List surfaces. Send one clear request.
Use this worksheet in your notes before opening the quote form. It helps you describe the party; it does not calculate table capacity or confirm that a layout fits.
- Event date and town
- Date, town and event hours
- Guests who need seats together
- Children + grown-ups + seated helpers
- Suitable seats already available
- Count only seats available at that time
- Additional chairs requested
- Seats needed together minus usable existing seats
- Dining tables
- Describe the meal and seating plan; ask us about the actual options
- Separate working surfaces
- Cake, gifts, food, drinks, activities or equipment
- Setup and collection
- Access, placement help and delivery/pickup windows
Planning example: 28 people need seats at the same time and you already have 8 suitable chairs available. That leaves 20 additional chairs to ask about. You still need to agree the table choices, arrangement and access; those numbers do not determine the table order.
Select and copy this request into your notes.
Hi EZ Bounce! We are planning [occasion] on [date] in [town], from [start] to [finish]. We need seats for [people] together and already have [usable chairs], so we would like to ask about [additional chairs]. We need dining space plus separate surfaces for [cake / gifts / food / other]. The event is [indoors / outdoors] with [access details]. Please confirm the table and chair options, quantities, placement/setup, delivery/pickup arrangements and complete quote.
Copy your notes into the extra-details area of the existing quote form, or have them ready when you call. Keep your address and contact details in the form rather than a shareable link.
Help us picture the route in—and the room to gather.
For an outdoor party
Describe the surface and usable area, then tell us about gates, steps, uneven ground and the route from the delivery vehicle. Include where guests will enter and walk between seating, food and activities. Discuss the weather plan and how changes affect the agreed rental arrangements before the day.
For an indoor event
Check the venue's furniture rules and what it already supplies. Share doorways, stairs or lift access, the loading location and the exact delivery and collection windows. A room photograph is helpful context, but it is not a confirmed furniture layout or room-capacity assessment.
Keep entrances, exits and guest routes in the plan. Tell the venue and rental team about your guests' access needs. Final item fit and placement need confirmation; this worksheet provides no safety-clearance, seating-capacity or accessibility-compliance assurance.
Delivery, setup and pickup: agree who does what.
A clear written order is better than a party-day assumption. Ask these questions when reviewing your quote:
- Which table and chair types, quantities and accessories are included?
- Will furniture be dropped at an agreed point or placed and set up to an agreed plan?
- Do stairs, carrying distance or restricted loading times change the arrangements or quote?
- Who clears, wipes, folds or stacks the items, and what condition is required for collection?
- When can we change the count, and what happens if our venue or weather plan changes?
- What is the complete price, rental period and agreed delivery and collection window?
If a line has not been answered, mark it 'to confirm.' Do not treat linens, covers, staffing, placement or any particular table size as included unless it appears in the agreed order.
Now add the part they will talk about.
Already asking about tables and chairs? Tell us if you are also considering a bounce house, slide or carnival-style treat machine. We can discuss the pieces together without assuming a bundle, discount or date is available.
Make room for big fun
Browse the actual inflatable lineup, then share the guest ages and setup details for the unit you like. Equipment dimensions are not required operating clearance.

Ask about cotton candy and popcorn machine rentals. Confirm the support surface, suitable power, supplies and who operates the machine as part of your plan.

Can I ask EZ Bounce about tables and chairs without choosing an inflatable first?
Tell us the table and chair rental you need, your event date and town. We will confirm the available choices and whether we can accommodate your order. Sending a request does not confirm stock or reserve the date.
How many chairs and tables should I request?
Start with everyone who needs a seat at the same time, then subtract suitable seating already available. List dining, cake, gifts and serving surfaces separately. Ask us about the actual table options and arrangement; a guest count alone does not confirm table capacity or site fit.
Are setup, pickup, linens and covers included?
Ask us to list the equipment, accessories, delivery, placement/setup and collection responsibilities in your quote. Do not assume a particular service or accessory is included before it is confirmed.
Do you deliver table and chair rentals across Long Island?
EZ Bounce is based in Uniondale. Send your Nassau or Suffolk event address and date so we can confirm service, access and the complete quote. Contact us first about Queens. Availability and delivery arrangements are specific to the event.
Can I add popcorn or cotton candy to the request?
Yes, tell us which machine you are considering when you request the quote. Ask about availability, supplies, the required support surface and power, operation and any agreed package details.
Let's get the practical part sorted.
Send your date, town, seating notes and any extra rentals you have in mind. Edmund and the EZ Bounce team will help make the next step clear.
Equipment, quantities, pricing, setup and availability require individual confirmation. A quote request is not a confirmed booking.
