Do you deliver a bounce house to my town?
We are based in Uniondale and deliver across our Nassau and Suffolk County service area. Send the exact event address, date and hours so we can confirm delivery and availability. Contact us first for Queens events.
Which inflatable will fit my backyard?
Start with the equipment dimensions in the rental catalog, then measure the usable setup space and the narrowest part of the access route. Equipment dimensions do not include the extra clearance needed for entrances, exits, anchoring and safe operation. Share guest ages, gates, steps and overhead obstacles so we can confirm a suitable unit.
What should I send for a complete rental quote?
Send the rental you want, event date and hours, town, exact setup address and guest ages. Include the surface, clear setup measurements, gate width and outlet location. For wet rentals, include the hose connection location. Ask us to confirm the total and setup requirements before signing the contract.
